The lady who organises the events is always happy to answer your questions. You get a meeting prior to the day to discuss your requirements, such as where you want tables, and how many. They will stock extra of a certain drink if you ask (there may be a charge for more expensive and rare drinks that they don't usually sell.) Only down side was that due to the venue having clubs arranged in the day, we weren't able to get in to set up, so it had to be done in a rush on the evening, but you get the room from 6, so if your party starts at 7:30, that's still plenty of time. Also, if they do not have any clubs prior to your event, you can pay for the room by the hour, on top of the standard charge, to allow extra time to set up. But all we had to do was decorate, the tables and table cloths were already as we had asked. Great value for money!
