A Georgian house overlooking the Montrose Basin, built for David Erskine, the 13th Laird of Dun by William Adam, the house was completed during 1730. Interior attractions include grand public rooms with elaborate plasterwork, collections of 18th- and 19th century furniture, porcelain and portraits. The exterior features include the formal gardens with parkland and woodland extending out beyond.
