The venue is beautiful, its history amazing, and the view stunning but the most important thing of all is the people - and the staff are AMAZING. Paul, and the rest of his team, couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating; they went the extra mile - and beyond - to provide warm welcome, brilliant service, and a first class buffet. Lots of people, at our party, commented on the quality of the food and the smiles of the staff. What a combination! Friends with dietary requirements were treated like royalty rather than an inconvenience. We go to the Hummingbird Restaurant all the time for coffee and lunch; this was our first experience of a function there and it was an experience we'll never forget. We highly recommend it, book NOW!
