The venue is more upmarket than your average working men's club but not to the expense of hotels etc. It's set in a lovely village location and has ample parking and a nice cricket pitch adjacent to the main hall which 3 sets of double doors can be opened onto. We organised a hog roast so the setting was perfect for that. There is an undercover area too just in case it rains! Only slight downside is the room has to be left as you found it and obviously after an evening of partying its not ideal to have to start clearing away and cleaning. Having said that, you can pay for cleaners that will do it all for you.
