Following a major refurbishment in 2019, Havant Rugby Club has transformed into the ideal venue for hosting events. The Venue is open 14 hours a day, 7 days a week with staff always available to help you book with us.

Room Hire
Our spacious Clubroom is the perfect environment for large events. The Clubroom can hold a maximum of 500 people for the entire hall.

For smaller events, the Main Clubroom can be divided to give a more intimate feel. This will create a space that can hold a maximum of 150 people.

The Clubroom can be transformed into two meeting rooms. The room layout can be changed depending on the needs of the event. We often host meetings, conferences, lectures and smaller parties in these rooms. We offer a select price for Meeting and Training hire, please get in touch with us to find out more.

We have a beautiful secret bar located within Havant Rugby Club which is the ideal location for smaller events. Bobs Bar can hold a maximum of 60 people and can be hired every day of the week. Even though this is our smallest event space, this room has a big personality with a fully stocked bar that will keep you and your guests satisfied.

Venue requires third parties (DJs, caterers etc.) to show evidence of holding current Public Liability Insurance (PLI)

Venue requires third parties bringing in electrically operated equipment to show evidence of holding current Portable Appliance Tests (PAT)

Venue has confirmed they accept bookings for young adults - e.g. 18th/21st birthday parties
