Wedding or Civil Partnership

We booked up at the walls club for our wedding, overall i would say ok/good. It was near impossible at times to get hold of them, especially the lady who was sorting out our drinks package, never had a calls returned and was constantly trying to sort it out, caused some stress. The initial price of the hall hire was good and we went with there caterers 'cater cater'. I was a little dissapointed as some of the guests had frozen yorkshire puddings (embarrassing to say the least), we had no flutes laid on any of the tables to do our toasts (they were eventually handed out), no butter for the rolls (rolls went rock solid when we actually got round to eating them). Then on what was supposed to be our special day we found ourselves hunting down the cater cater staff to find out who clears the tables, this was at 19:10 and i had guests arriving at 19:30, nothing was cleared. when i found them in the kitchen i asked who is responsible and they said they were......So why were they not clearing the tables and room sooner? In the end i had myself and my guests help clear the tables and move tables out the way ready for the evening, I just think considering the money i spent these little minor things should never of happened, but overall they were little dissapointing things but other than that all went well. would i recommend? I would recommend but make sure you have someone to keep on top of them as these little things that happened to us were embarrassing and on your special day you should not be lifting a finger and worrying about anything
