Ascot charged us 300 for snacks and nibbles selection which probably cost them a maximum of 40 with no preparation required. Literally opened a few crisps and sweet packets and pour into bowls. Didn't even restock throughout night. When questioned venue the receptionist [name removed] was very rude and unhelpful.
