The Chicksands DISC is a vast complex with thousands of residents. The Sergeants' Mess provides at least two function facilities - the main hall, which is massive with a huge stage, in-house catering and table decorations, and the Bar Area - a large space with comfy seating (sofas etc.) - a more intimate venue than the main hall.
Entertainers can play into the small hours with the bar usually closing at 2am.
